Deliverables
We will pair you with a team of 4-5 dedicated consultants including an experienced Project Manager. The next step would be an initial scoping meeting where we determine what needs your organization has and what projects we will undertake. Then for the next ten weeks, our team of business analysts will focus on conducting intensive research and developing actionable solutions. Our business analysts are provided with a full range of resources including materials from our national chapter, access to MBA advisors, and industry professionals. In order to provide transparency of our work, our team provides bi-weekly updates of our progress. We require our team to present two deliverables: a Midpoint Presentation and a Final Presentation. These deliverables are designed to showcase our findings and propose our final recommendations.
